Condition Monitoring System - CMS

The CMS is the most efficient devices in its class. Small and large applications can be realized by interconnecting Master and Slave units each equipped with one or two I/O modules which can be freely combined. Up to 48 slaves with similar housing design can be connected to a Master device via CAN-bus. The system offers a unique linking between analog and digital world. The device do not require much space and easy to mount on DIN rail for integration into an existing enclosure.

Each device works independently and are therefore not dependent upon network or PC. Data and settings are kept in the local memory of the Master unit. With the compact and modular sub-system, it is now possible to monitor machinery vibrations, air gap, cavitation and process statistics, such as temperature and pressure, at the same time, within one system. The powerful Ethernet connection (TCP / IP), RS232 / 485 link and software drivers make it easy to build factory condition monitoring system with almost all kinds of existing systems.
